Susan is annoyed with the frequent messages she receives on her mobile phone from the supermarket she visited to buy a gift for her three year old nephew, almost a year ago. From feeding bottles to diapers and pureed fruit mixes to baby lotions and shampoos, the store keeps on offering some discount or other almost every day. Annoyed with the frequency and irrelevance of the messages, Susan deletes them without even opening those.

Her friend, Jenny who lives on the other end of city and shops with a different supermarket, however receives information and promotions on organic food she prefers. The retailer has also introduced new organic brands and categories to her over the past year and to top it off, every year on her birthday she gets a special gift voucher. Susan doesn’t understand why Jenny is getting all these great offers, while her inbox is spammed!
