Scorecard is a strategic Performance Management tool that enables you to measure the operational activities of your company against the strategic and tactical objectives. ARC provides a number of pre-built scorecard applications like balanced scorecards, initiative tracking and complex ranking that enable you to build scoring systems with multiple measures and KPIs. It handles various scoring techniques including weighted scores, averaged scores, mean scores and other ranking/aggregating methods. A scorecard is fully integrated with dashboard and provides you the reports with visual components to convey performance.

Strategy maps & balanced scorecard
A Strategy Map forms the framework for connecting macro level strategies to specific business areas and initiatives and their dependent KPIs and metrics. You can use strategy maps to model strategic objectives and tracks their linkages down to dependant KPIs. You can then analyze how operational drivers impact strategic objectives and also learn how various initiatives are impacting goals.

Balanced scorecard framework helps analyze performance across financial, customer, internal and L&G perspectives of the balanced scorecard framework by offering you an approach to translate strategy into operational terms and to seamlessly drill down along strategy, objectives, KPIs to metrics. It also assists you to track CSFs, set exception criteria and track through proactive alerts/highlights.

The initiative tracking framework can be rendered visually in the dashboards or through dynamic reports. You can create actionable contexts by setting filters and views, setting alerts and exceptions, etc. You can customize them for specific users or groups, monitoring the initiatives at various hierarchy levels/views.

On-the-fly complex ranking
Scorecard incorporates a number of features that make it possible for you to apply the scoring mechanisms on-the-fly to any number of metrics in a report or even to specify criteria to arrive at the complex score.
