Role Description

This role is expected to manage multiple projects and is responsible for delivering them on time aligned within the agreed scope, ensuring complete client satisfaction. This role will carry revenue targets and require international travel as well.

Role Description:

This is a managerial level role that requires handling product implementation at our customer sites across the globe and alongwith involves a strong customer management/client engagement interface. Expectedly this role will hold revenue targets and require international travel as well.

• He/She will be responsible for project deliveries as well as adherence to quality and process frameworks
• Will liaise with customers in creating ideal solutions and delivery approaches
• Will closely monitor and track project status and take corrective action where necessary
• Needs to engage in customers/stakeholder management and status reporting of project delivery
• Will be a role model on technology to the team and be part of the technology component design & development process of product development
• Should be able to review ‘design & code’ and ensure release of bug free software

Competencies Necessary For The Role:

Role Description

• Will also be required to perform data modeling, application development/portal development, performance audit and fine tuning as per the technical and functional requirements
• Would need to provide project planning and execution strategies and actively contribute to knowledge capital via project documentation
• This role will require to lead a team comprising of between 3 and 4 developers
